CORPORATE CATERING MENU

All of our freshly prepared meals are made to order. A six person minimum is required on all orders. We ask that orders be placed a minimum of 48 hours prior to event to guarantee our availability. All orders are served on decorative white ceramic platters.

- Entrée selection orders include one side salad and a desert choice. An additional side salad can be added however, please note the price difference listed below each entrée description.

marinated and grilled boneless chicken breast buffet - $12.50 per person
tender chicken cutlets (6 oz serving per person) marinated, grilled and served to perfection. choose one of the following marinade options : a lemon herb marinade, a basic bbq sauce or an Indonesian ginger marinade. served with one side salad and a choice of a cookie tray or a seasonal fresh fruit platter.

grilled flank steak with soy chili glaze buffet - $13.50 per person
grilled and served thinly sliced with lime wedges and chopped scallions on the side. served with one side salad and a choice of a cookie tray or seasonal fresh fruit platter. ** (6 oz serving per person)
flank steak entrée with 2 side salads - $16.50 per person

mini crab cakes with remoulade dipping sauce buffet - $14.50 per person
3 mini crab cakes served with a remoulade dipping sauce. served with one side salad and a choice of a cookie tray or a seasonal fresh fruit platter.
